Hook2CTA is a conversion video platform that serves e-commerce businesses. However, their own core commercial acquisition video ad was underperforming. While the video successfully explained their offering, it suffered from a low Click-Through Rate (CTR) of just 1.1%, leading to elevated customer acquisition costs (CAC).
